脾多肽联合FP化疗方案及三维适形调强放疗治疗食管癌对患者免疫指标及骨髓抑制的影响

目的探究脾多肽联合FP化疗方案及三维适形调强放疗治疗食管癌对患者免疫指标及骨髓抑制的影响。方法回顾性分析90例食管癌患者临床资料,将46例采取FP化疗方案及联合三维适形调强放疗的食管癌患者纳入对照组,将50例采取脾多肽联合FP化疗方案及三维适形调强放疗的食管癌患者纳入观察组。3个疗程后比较2组免疫指标变化情况及骨髓抑制发生情况。结果3个疗程后,观察组CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺高于对照组,CD8⁺低于对照组;骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾多肽联合FP化疗方案及三维适形调强放疗能够改善食管癌患者免疫功能,减少骨髓抑制发生,值得推广。

Effects of Spleen Peptide combined with FP Chemotherapy and Three-dimensionalConformal Intensity-modulated Radiotherapy on Immune Indexes and BoneMarrow Suppression in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

Objective To explore the effect of spleen polypeptide combined with FP chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy on immune indexes and bone marrow suppression in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with esophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed.46 patients with FP chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiation therapy were included in the control group.50 patients with spleen polypeptide combined with FP chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy for esophageal cancer were included in the observation group.After 3 courses of treatment,the changes of immune indexes and the occurrence of bone marrow suppression were compared.Results After 3 courses,the observation group CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 were higher than the control group,CD8 was lower than the control group,the incidence of bone marrow suppression was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Spleen peptide combined with FP chemotherapy and three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy can improve the immune function of patients with esophageal cancer and reduce the occurrence of bone marrow suppression,which is worthy of promotion.
