Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of infection after cervical cancer surgery on the expression of caspase-1 and interleukin-1beta(IL-1beta)in cervical cancer samples,and to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer infection after surgery.Methods 297 patients with cervical cancer treated were selected to observe the infection rate and detect the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in the infected patients.At the same time,the expression of Caspase-1 and IL-1beta in tissue samples of all patients were detected.Results Postoperative infection occurred in 15% of patients after operation.Gram-negative bacteria accounted for the main part of pathogenic bacteria(p<0.05).At the same time,the expression of Caspase-1 and IL-1beta in serum of patients with post-operative infection was significantly higher than that of patients without post-operative infection(P<0.05).Infection group.Conclusion Postoperative infection of cervical cancer is mainly caused by Gram-negative bacteria,so the necessary antimicrobial treatment should be carried out after operation.At the same time,the positive detection of serum Caspase-1 and IL-1beta expression after operation can prevent and treat the occurrence of infection in time.
