中西药联合五联疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎对照观察

[目的]对中西药联合五联疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效进行探讨,为治疗慢性乙肝寻找更有效的药物和途径。[方法]将48例患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者采用中西药联合五联疗法,对照组患者给予a-干扰素,im。观测患者治疗前后的体征、症状、病毒复制指标、肝功能以及肝纤维化指标的变化情况。治疗3个月进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率91.60%,对照组总有效率75.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用中西药联合五联疗法治疗慢性乙肝对患者的体征、症状、抗干纤维化、抗病毒等的改善作用比a-干扰素强。

Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Combined Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Control Observation

[Objective]Combined therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of chronic hepatitis B were discussed,for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B for more effective drugs and way.[Methods]48 cases were divided into study group and control group,the study group were treated with the combination of Chinese and Western combined therapy,patients in control group were treated with interferon a-,im.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 91.60%,control group in the total efficiency of 75.00%,the treatment group were better than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]The combination of Chinese and Western combined therapy for treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with signs,symptoms,on anti dry fibrosis,antiviral and interferon effect than a-strong.
