推拿配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察分析

目的:临床研究采用中医推拿配合中药内服治疗腰椎盘突出症的治疗效果。方法:本文研究将选择154例腰椎盘突出症患者,其中观察组采用中医推拿配合中药内服治疗方法,对照组采用腰椎牵引配合针刺治疗方法,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者经过一个疗程的临床治疗,其中观察组的总有效率为93.51%,而对照组的总有效率为79.34%,对比差异具有显著性(P0.05)。结论:通过临床实践研究,推拿配合中药内服治疗腰椎盘突出症疗效显著,另外还具有治疗时间短、复发率较低等优势,因此值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation by massage combined with TCM

Objective： To study on the clinical effect of massage combined with TCM ad usum lnternum m treaung mmoar （llSC herniation. Methods： 154 patients of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups. The treated group was treated by massage combined with TCM ad usum internum, and the control group was treated with lumbar traction combined with acupuncture. Results： The recovery rate of the treated group and the control group were 93.5 l% and 79.34% respectively, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical practice research, massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating lumbar disc herniation. It also has short therapy time and low recurrence rate, so it is worthy of clinical application.
