| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究子宫内膜原癌基因AP 1蛋白在小鼠胚胎着床前后的动态变化 ,了解AP 1在胚泡着床中的作用。方法 :采用Immuno blot和Western blot方法检测AP 1蛋白的表达。结果 :AP 1蛋白的表达高峰出现在小鼠早孕的第 4天、第 5天 ,一直维持到妊娠第 7天 ,每毫克组织的积分光密度值分别为 6 0 .2± 4 .2 1,5 2 .6± 7.0 9,5 0 .2± 5 .89和 5 0 .0±3.6 1。结论 :AP 1蛋白参与了胚胎着床过程中的信号传导并可能与胚胎的早期分化有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the expression of proto-oncogene AP-1 in the endometrium of mouse with early pregnancy.Methods: The expression of AP-1 protein was detected by means of immuno-blot and Western-blot. Results: On the day 4 and 5 of pregnancy,the expression of AP-1 was significantly higher than that of normal endometrium (P<0.05),and decreased to normal level on day 7. Conclusion: AP-1 may be involved in the signal transduction of the embryo implantation process and the early differentiation of embryo. |
