外伤性基底节区腔隙性梗死的CT诊断与临床分析

摘    要:
目的 :着重研究讨论螺旋性 CT在扫描外伤性头颅时发现基底节区腔隙性梗死的作用。方法 :对 35例外伤后 8h内在我科进行头颅 CT螺旋扫描无腔隙性梗死者 ,即在伤后 2周内行头颅 CT复查 ,并与前 CT片进行对比。结果 :复查后发现基底节区腔隙性梗死 31例 ,阴性 4例。结论 :螺旋 CT在行外伤性头颅螺旋扫描时可早期发现基底节区腔隙性梗死。

Abstract:
Objective To study and discuss the function of spiral CT in finding basal ganglionic lacunar infarction when CT is scanning traumatic skull.Methods Thirty-five cases who were scanned by skull spiral CT within eighthour after they have been injuried have not lacunar cerebral infarction.They were reexaminated by skull CT with two weeks.The finding is compared with the former CT appearences.Results To find thirty-one cases with basal ganglionic lacunar infarction,four cases is nagative.Conclusion Spiral CT can find basal ganglionic lacunar cerebral infarction when it scanning traumaticskull.
