| 糖尿病、高血压患者髋膝关节置换围手术期管理的体会 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：总结糖尿病、高血压患者髋膝关节置换围手术期管理的体会。方法：2008年6月～2013年2月，39例糖尿病、高血压患者髋膝关节置换进行围手术期管理，评价血糖血压控制、并发症等情况。结果：本组39例患者围手术期随访，血糖、血压均在理想范围，全部患者均未出现感染、心脑血管意外、DVT、低血糖低血压等并发症。结论：糖尿病、高血压患者髋膝关节置换的围手术期管理非常重要，血糖、血压控制需长期达标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the summary of ambi-operation stage handle of hip or knee joint replace with diabetes and hypertension.Methods：Between June 2008 and February 2013, 39 patients of hip or knee joint replace with diabetes and hypertension were handled in ambi-operation stage, were evaluated the blood sugar and blood pressure and complication. Results：39 patients were followed in ambi-operation stage, the blood sugar and blood pressure were ideal range,no infextation,no heart and cerebral vascular accident,no DVT,no glycopenia and hypopiesia.Conclusion：It is very important that mbi-operation stage handle of hip or knee joint replace with diabetes and hypertension,blood sugar and blood pressure need long-term checkout. |
