人单纯疱疹病毒2型感染致豚鼠输卵管妊娠的研究

目的探讨人单纯疱疹病毒2型感染引起输卵管妊娠的可能性。方法用人单纯疱疹病毒2型感染豚鼠阴道，实时荧光定量PCR技术检测豚鼠子宫颈，子宫内膜，输卵管粘膜细胞中人单纯疱疹病毒2型DNA，原位杂交法检测豚鼠子宫内膜及输卵管粘膜细胞中人单纯疱疹病毒2型DNA，免疫组化法检测子宫内膜和输卵管粘膜细胞人单纯疱疹病毒2型抗原，分别记录数据，计算感染率。结果实时荧光定量PCR法检测豚鼠人单纯疱疹病毒2型DNA，子宫颈阳性率46．67％，子宫内膜阳性率26．67％，输卵管粘膜细胞阳性率10．00％；原位杂交法子宫内膜阳性率23．33％，输卵管粘膜细胞阳性率10．00％；免疫组化法子宫内膜阳性率20．00％，输卵管粘膜细胞阳性率6．67％。结论人单纯疱疹病毒2型可沿豚鼠阴道感染子宫颈，上行感染子宫内膜，进而引起输卵管感染，是导致输卵管妊娠的重要原因之一。

Research on tubal pregnancy induced by HSV-2 infection in guinea pig

Objective To research the possibility of tubal pregnancy (TP) caused by human herpes simplex virus-2(HSV-2). Methods Vagina of guinea pigs were infected with HSV-2.HSV-2 DNA were detected by Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in the cervix,endometrium and mucosal cells of oviduct;HSV-2 DNA were detected by in situ hybridization in the endometrium and mucosal cells of oviduct,and HSV-2 antigen were detected by immunohistochemistry in the endometrium and mucosal cells of oviduct.The data were recorded and infection rates were calculated.Results Positive rates of HSV-2 DNA in cervix,endometrium and oviduct detected by Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR were 46.67%,26.67% and 10.00%.Positive rates of HSV-2 DNA in endometrium and oviduct detected by in situ hybridization were 23.33% and 10.00%.Positive rates of HSV-2 antigen in endometrium and oviduct detected by immunohistochemistry were 20.00% and 6.67%.Conclusion HSV-2 can infect cervix through vagina,ascendingly infect endometrium and then cause tubal infection,which is one of important reasons for tubal pregnancy.
