| 摘 要： | 目的观察推拿配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将50例确诊为神经根型颈椎病的患者，随机分成观察组和对照组各25例，观察组给予推拿配合牵引治疗，对照组给予针刺配合牵引治疗。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为100％-80％，两组比较，观察组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论推拿配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病安全有效，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective The observation massage coordination hauling treatment nerve root cervical vertebra gets sick clinical curative effect.Methods 50 example diagnoses the patient who gets sick for the nerve root cervical vertebra, divides into the observation group and control group each 25 examples stochastically, the obseryation group gives the massage coordination hauling treatment, the control group gives the acupuncture coordination hauling treatment. Results The observation group and control group＇s total effectiveness respectively is 100% and 80%, two groups of comparisons, the observation group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously, the difference has statistics significance （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The massage coordination hauling treatment nerve root cervical vertebra gets sick safely effective, the effect is remarkable, is worth the clinical promoted application. |
