| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松是由多种原因引起的一种严重危害中老年人群特别是绝经妇女身心健康的代谢性骨病小，其病理特点是骨密度明显降低，单位体积内骨组织总量的绝对减少，骨力学性能降低，骨组织结构发生改变等。天然骨由无机物和生物大分子有机结合的复合体。笔者就骨质疏松症与羟基磷灰石及胶原含量的变化关系作了研究，现将研究结果总结如下。
