愈风宁心分散片溶出度测定方法研究

摘    要:
目的建立测定愈风宁心分散片溶出度的紫外分光光度(UV)法。方法采用桨法,以水为溶出介质,转速为50r/min;用UV法测定愈风宁心分散片的溶出度,测定波长为249.5nm。结果葛根素质量浓度在4~12μg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=5),平均回收率为94.96%,RSD=1.65%(n=9)。结论所用方法简单、快捷、准确,重现性好,可用于愈风宁心分散片的溶出度测定。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a method for determining the dissolution of Yufeng Ningxin Dispersible Tablets by UV method. Methods The paddle method was used with water as dissolution medium at the rotate speed of 50 r/min. The dissolution of Yufeng Ningxin Dispersible Tablets was determined by UV method at the wavelength of 249. 5 nm. Results Puerarin presented the good linear relationship within the range of 4 - 12 μg/mL, r = 0. 999 7 ( n = 5). The average recovery rate was 94. 96%, RSD was 1.65% ( n = 9). Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate, reliable and repeatable. It can be used to determine the dissolution of Yufeng Ningxin Dispersible Tablets.
