| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定愈风宁心分散片溶出度的紫外分光光度（UV）法。方法采用桨法，以水为溶出介质，转速为50r／min；用UV法测定愈风宁心分散片的溶出度，测定波长为249．5nm。结果葛根素质量浓度在4～12μg／mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好，r=0．9997（n=5），平均回收率为94．96％，RSD=1．65％（n=9）。结论所用方法简单、快捷、准确，重现性好，可用于愈风宁心分散片的溶出度测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining the dissolution of Yufeng Ningxin Dispersible Tablets by UV method. Methods The paddle method was used with water as dissolution medium at the rotate speed of 50 r/min. The dissolution of Yufeng Ningxin Dispersible Tablets was determined by UV method at the wavelength of 249. 5 nm. Results Puerarin presented the good linear relationship within the range of 4 - 12 μg/mL, r = 0. 999 7 （ n = 5）. The average recovery rate was 94. 96%, RSD was 1.65% （ n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate, reliable and repeatable. It can be used to determine the dissolution of Yufeng Ningxin Dispersible Tablets. |
