| 摘 要： | 小儿病毒性心肌炎发病日益增多,早期正确诊断尤为重要。现就近年来应用于病毒性心肌炎的辅助诊断方法如彩色多谱勒心肌显像,核素67Ga心肌炎症显影,99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈心肌灌注显像,心肌组织背向散射积分,24h动态心电图,高频心电图,血清肌钙蛋白I和血清肌钙蛋白T及磁共振成像作一综述。

| Abstract: | With the increasing occurrence of viral myocarditis in children,its correct early diagnosis is very important.This article reviews its auxiliary diagnostic techniques including color doppler myocardial imaging,nuclide 67Ga myocardial inflammatory imaging,99mTc -MIBI gated myocardial perfusion tomograpohy,myocardial tissue integral backscatter,24 hours dynamic electrocardiography,high-frequency electrocardiography,cardiac troponin I &T and magnetic resonance imaging. |
