| 摘 要： | 对１０２例海洛因依赖患者戒毒出院后操守时间及复吸原因进行分析，发现复吸原因主要与精神依赖及对精神依赖的错误认识等有关，用药维持治疗可明显操守时间．提出在戒毒出院后应采用象治疗神经症或精神病那样的方法来长期维持治疗。

| Abstract: | An analysis of 102 heroin addicts who left hospital after detoxificationwas carried out to find out the factors of relapse and the duration of abstinence fromdrugs. The results showed. that relapse was connected with psychological dependenceand a misunderstanding knowledge of psychological dependence. It was clear that drugmaintenance therapy could extend the duration of abstinence from abusing. It suggestedthat a similar method of curing neurosis or psychosis should be used for addicts as a partof detoxification after leaving hospital. |
