| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病是最常见的糖尿病,具有很高的家族聚集性,遗传因素在其发病过程中起重要作用。研究表明,HLA与2型糖尿病、糖尿病肾病的发生存在一定关联,但不同地区、不同种族的关联型不同,表明2型糖尿病及肾病的发生具有明显异质性。

| Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes mellitus is the most common type of diabetes having very high familial aggregation,in which genetic factor plays an important role in its pathogenesis. Many studies indicate that HLA is somewhat correlated with type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy, but the correlated type varies according to different regions and races,which manifested that the genesis of Type 2 diabetes melUtus and diabetic nephropathy have obvious heterogeneity. |
