硬性输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石87例临床体会

目的 总结硬性输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床经验与体会。方法 回顾性分析淮南市东方医院集团总院2013年5月至2015年12月采用硬性输尿管镜治疗87例输尿管结石患者的临床资料。结果 术中原位碎石成功81例（93.1%），平均手术时间（34.9±12.5）min，术后平均住院时间（3.8±1.5）d。手术中，1例患者术中碎石见输尿管脓液，4例患者结石漂移至肾盂内，1例患者出现输尿管穿孔。结论 硬性输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的有效手段，具有创伤小、疗效显著、恢复快等优点，值得临床推广应用。

Skills and experience of 87 cases of ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy

Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of rigid ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with ureteral calculi treated by rigid ureteroscopywith holmiumlaserlithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 81 cases (93.1%) were performed a successful situ lithotripsy procedure. One case was found ureteral pus after stones, four cases were subjected to calculi drift to the renal pelvis, and one case was found ureteral perforation during operation.Conclusion Rigid ureteroscopy with holmium laser lithotripsy is effective for the treatment of ureteral stones with the advantages of less trauma, significant efficacy, safety and quick recovery.
