丁咯地尔联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

目的研究丁咯地尔联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将我院临床确诊为急性脑梗死的住院患者64例随机分为两组,观察组32例,对照组32例。观察组应用丁咯地尔注射液150mg/d和丹红注射液20ml/d静脉输液治疗,疗程为15d。对照组应用胞二磷胆碱0.5g/d和血塞通注射液400mg/d静脉输液治疗,疗程为15d。观察治疗前后两组神经功能缺损评分。结果观察组总有效率93.70%,对照组总有效率81.20%,两组总有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论丁咯地尔联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死有显著疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Curative Effect of Buflomedil Combined with Danhong Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the clinical effect of Buflomedil combined with Danhong Injection in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 64 cases with the clinical final diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups： observation group and control group,32 cases in each;intravenous infusion of 150mg of Buflomedil Injection plus 20ml of Danhong Injection was performed once a day to patients in observation group while intravenous infusion of 0.5g of citicoline plus 400ml of Xuesaitong Injection was performed once a day to patients in control group;the courses of both groups were 15 days;the neurological deficit scores before and after treatment of the 2 groups were studied.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.7% while that in control group was 81.2%,the comparison between the 2 was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the curative effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group;no obvious side-effect was observed in observation group.Conclusions Buflomedil combined with Danhong Injection is of good effect on acute cerebral infarction without any side-effect.
