| 摘 要： | 目的 分析活髓下颌第一磨牙根纵裂的解剖学病因.方法 对68颗拔除后证实为根纵裂的下颌第一磨牙及同龄正常的同名牙齿进行解剖学对比.结果 牙合面磨损、牙冠高度的降低、牙合面向远中面倾斜的角度以及近中根直径的缩小与正常同名牙有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 牙合面的过度磨损导致牙冠高度的丧失、牙合面向远中倾斜角度的增加以及近中根本身的发育缺陷是造成根折的主要原因. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anatomical factors of vertical root fractures(VRFs)on vital pulp of maxillary first molar.Methods To compare anatomical factors between 68 extracted maxillary first molars with VRFs and 68 normal teeth of the same age and title.Results There was significant difference between two groups in the attrition of occlusal surface,loss of the height of cusps,the gradient of occlusal surface to distal direction,and the diameter of the medical root(P<0.01).Conclusion The severe attrition of occlusal surface and the development of defect of root are the major causes that led to VRFs. |
