摘    要:目的:建立测定中药络石藤中水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:甲醇提取药材,大孔吸附树脂吸附,10%乙醇洗脱,反相高效液相色谱法测定,采用Symmetry C18(150mm×3.9mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(60:40:0.04)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为313nm。结果:水杨酸溶液在20.65~413.00μg·ml^-1时与其吸收值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率99.46%,RSD=1.01%。结论:本方法操作简便、快捷,结果准确,适用于络石藤中水杨酸的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of salicylic acid in trachelospermum Jasminoides (Lindl.) Lena. Method: The symmetry C18 column (150 mm× 3.9 mm,5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric (60: 40: 0.04) and a flow rate of 1 ml.min^-1 ,at the detection wavelength of 313 nm. Result: This method showed good linear relation(r =0. 999 9) in the range of 20.65 -413.00μg.ml^-1 for salicylic acid. The average recovery was 99.46% , RSD = 1.01% Conclusion: The method is simple ,quick ,accurate and suitable for the quality control of Trachelospermum Jasminoides( Lindl. )Lem
