| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨治疗功能性消化不良（ＦＤ）的理想方法。方法：对７２ 例ＦＤ患者应用加味柴胡汤和吗丁啉治疗，并与对照组疗效进行比较。结果：中西医结合组总有效率为９０．２８％ ，总体疗效明显优于对照组（８３．３３％ ），两组比较有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。前者对改善症状有较好疗效。结论：加味柴胡汤与吗丁啉合用可作为临床治疗ＦＤ较为理想的手段之一。

72 Patients with Functional Dyspepsia Treated Through the Theories of Integrated TCM and WM |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the ideal therapeutic method for the functional dyspepsia (FD).Methods:102 patients with FD were divided into two groups treated by adding caihu decoction motilum plus caihu decoction(treatment group) and only western medicine (motilun and polyenzyme tablet, control group),respectively. Results:Total effective ratio in treatment group was 90.28% but 83.33% in control group. There was significant difference between them. Conclusion:The therapeutic method of motilum plus caihu decoction is an ideal treatment for FD. |
