氯氮平与氯丙嗪对儿童少年精神分裂症患儿血糖浓度的影响

目的研究氯氮平与氯丙嗪对儿童少年精神分裂症患者血糖浓度的影响。方法对80例儿童少年精神分裂症患儿平均分为氯氮平组和氯丙嗪组，治疗六周。用血生化法分别测定治疗前后的空腹血糖浓度及其体重。结果氯氮平组治疗后血糖增高，体重明显增加，治疗前后有显著性差异；氯丙嗪组治疗后血糖无明显升高，体重增加不明显，治疗前后无显著性差异。结论氯氮平治疗可明显增加儿童少年精神分裂症患儿的血糖浓度及体重，在使用氯氮平治疗儿童少年精神分裂症时监测血糖浓度有临床意义。

Effects of clozapine an chlorpromazine treatment on the plasma glucose of childhood and adolescent schizophrenia

Objective To study the effects of clozapine and chlorpromazine treatment on the plasma glucose of childhood and adolescent with schizophrenia. Method Eighty children who met the criteria of CCMD - 3 for childhood and adolescent schizophrenia were divided into two subgroups receiving treatment of chlorpromazine and clozapine, respectively for 6 weeks. Survey the plasma glucose and body weight at beginning and 6 weeks after the treatment. Results In clozapine group, plasma glucose and body weight increased significantly after the treatment. There was significant difference between before and after the treatment. In chlorpromazine group, plasma glucose and body weight had no significant difference between before and after the treatment. Conclusion Clozapine increases the plasma glucose concentrations and body weight in children with childhood and adolescent schizophrenia. It is helpful to survey the plasma glucose in treatment.
