慕课在医学影像学住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用

摘    要:
目的:探讨在医学影像学住院医师规范化培训(以下简称“归培”)教学中引入慕课教学法对提高教学质量的重要性。方法:针对目前医学影像学规培中存在的问题,引入“中国大学MOOC平台”上苏州大学的医学影像学在线课程进行教学实践,具体分为课前线上自学、课堂执行监控、课后反馈评价3个模块。从考试成绩、自主学习能力、教学效果评价调查3个方面,评价医学影像学规培教学中运用传统教学法和引入慕课教学法的教学效果。结果:慕课教学法学员学习结束时,考试成绩优于传统教学法学员(P<0.05);慕课教学法学员在学习兴趣和动机、信息处理能力、自我管理能力上相比传统教学法学员有所提高(P<0.05),在团队协作能力和语言表达能力上无差异(P>0.05);80%的规培学员愿意继续尝试慕课教学法。结论:将慕课教学法运用于医学影像学的规培教学中学习效果好,教学过程应当强调以规培学员为中心,教师在教学理念和课程设计等方面需加速转型,以顺应时代需求、深化教学改革。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the importance of introducing MOOC method into standardized teaching of medical imaging resident. Methods The on-line medical imaging course of Suzhou University at MOOC platform was applied to standardized teaching of medical imaging resident with the existing problems analyzed, which consisted of three modules of pre-class on-line self-learning, class behavior monitoring as well as post-class feedback and evaluation. The teaching efficacies with traditional method and MOOC method were compared from the aspects of test score, self-learning ability and efficacy evaluation. Results The residents with MOOC method behaved significantly better than those with traditional method in test score (P<0.05), learning interest and motivation, information processing ability as well as self management (P<0.05);there were no obvious differences in abilities for collaboration and language performance of the residents with traditional and MOOC methods (P>0.05);80% of the residents were willing to continue the teaching based on MOOC. Conclusion MOOC method gains advantages when used for standardized teaching of medical imaging resident, and teaching philosophy and course design have to be innovated to meet the resident-oriented requirements.
