| 摘 要： | 目的探讨上颌牙槽突弓C形曲线连续性中断诊断胎儿唇裂合并腭裂的意义。方法超声对10003例孕24～40周的孕妇进行胎儿上唇、鼻、上颌牙槽突结构的常规检查,观察记录胎儿上颌牙槽突弓C形曲线连续性中断与唇裂合并腭裂畸形发生的关系。结果发现唇裂合并腭裂9例、单纯唇裂4例,漏诊单纯腭裂1例、唇裂合并腭裂1例。上颌牙槽突弓C形曲线连续性中断诊断胎儿唇裂合并腭裂的敏感性为：90%;特异性为：100%。结论上颌牙槽突弓C形曲线连续性中断是发现胎儿唇裂合并腭裂畸形的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigating the significance of the C curve of the arcus alveolaris maxillaeta broken in the diagnosis of the chilopalatognathus in fetus.Methods Routinely ultrasound examining 10003 pregnant 24-40 weeks women for the fetus＇ upper lips,noses and arcus alveolaris maxillaeta.Surveying the relationship between the C curve of the arcus alveolaris maxillaeta broken and the chilopalatognathus.Results There were 4 cases of cheilognathus,9 cases of chilopalatognathus.One case of palatognathus and another of chilopalatognathus were missed diagnosis.Sensibility of the diagnosis the chilopalatognathus by the C curve of the arcus alveolaris maxillaeta broken was 90%,and the specificity was 100%.Conclusion It is a good mean using the C curve of the arcus alveolairs maxillaeta broken to detect the chilopalatognathus in fetus. |
