中医营养健康教育对高脂血症患者疗效的影响研究

目的：提高中医药治疗高脂血症疗效。方法：采用对照研究，高脂血症患者122例，随机分为健康教育组和对照组各61例，健康教育组患者在中医药辨证论治的同时进行高脂血症及相关疾病的知识、营养健康对高脂血症治疗的重要性知识宣教，对照组采用单纯的中医辨证论治。结果：两组患者经过6个月的调治后检测血脂，调治前后血脂比较，两组间均数比较用t检验。P〈O．05为差异有统计学意义。结论：健康教育结合中医药治疗高脂血症比单纯中医药治疗能明显提高疗效。

Study on the effect of TCM Nutrition Health Education on hyperlipoidemia

Objective： To improve the curative effects of TCM on hyperlipoidemia patients. Methods： A case control study method was adopted in the study. 122 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 61 patients in each group. The first group was named health education group which were educated by TCM Nutrition Health while they were treated by taking TCM medicine. Another group was named control group which were treated only by taking TCM medicine. Results： According to the results of lipid level the difference between the two groups is remarkable （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared to the therapy of simple taking TCM medicine, the TCM nutrition health education combined with TCM medicine can improve the curative effects on hyperlipoidemia patients.
