| 摘 要： | 对目前市场上常用的11种商品贝母的乙醇提取物部分、总生物碱部分和总皂甙部分作了镇咳和祛痰药理作用筛选。结果表明各种贝母的总碱部分具有显著的镇咳作用,总皂甙部分具有非常显著的祛痰作用。

| Abstract: | Beimu (Bulbus Fritillariae), derived from 25 species of bulbs of Fritillaria, is a traditional Chinese drug. Based on a recent survey of drug resources the species which were most widely spread and most publicly used are Fritillaria unibracteata, F. przewalskii, F. delavayi, F. pallidiflora, F. thunbergii., F. ussuriensis and F. hupehensis, etc.. This artical deals with a screening test of antitussive and expectorant effect of ethanol extracts of these Ftitillaria bulbs and their crude alkaloids and glycosides. The result showed that the crude alkaloids have significant antitussive effect in the test of cough induced by ammonia liquor in mice and crude glycosides have considerably expectorant effect in the test of phenol red secretion in mice. |
