| Abstract: | This paper deals with the microscopic identification in surface view of leaves in Fritillaria plants. The principal identification features of the 26 species were discovered as follows: (1) shape of anticlinal wall of the epidermal cells; (2) the cuticular peg existing or not existing; (3) shape and arrangement of the cuticular striation on periclinal wall. |
