不同妊娠时期妇女心理应激状况研究

目的探讨不同妊娠期妇女的心理应激状况。方法随机抽样获得调查对象,临床医师利用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自制量表对357名妊娠期妇女进行问卷调查。结果妊娠早期心理应激状况以躯体化、焦虑、敌对为主,中期以抑郁为主,晚期以躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖为主;妊娠早期躯体化发生率为14.65%,焦虑发生率为12.07%,敌对发生率为12.93%;妊娠中期抑郁发生率为10.48%;妊娠晚期躯体化发生率为13.23%,抑郁发生率为19.85%,焦虑发生率为19.11%,恐怖发生率为17.64%。不同孕期各症状因子的得分不同,在躯体化评分上,妊娠早期与中期有显著差异(P<0.05);抑郁评分上,妊娠早期与晚期有显著差异(P<0.05);焦虑评分上,妊娠早期与中期有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论不同孕期妇女的心理应激不同,应针对不同孕期妇女心理应激给予心理指导。

Analysis of the Mental Stress of Pregnant Women in Different Trimester

Objective To analyze the mental stress of pregnant women. Methods 357 pregnant women were randomly selected. Their mental health and related social factors were assessed by self-made questionnaires and SCL-90. Results During the first trimester of pregnancy,the primal abnormal mental problems were somatization,anxiety and hostility,with the incidence of 14.65%,12.07% and 12.93%,respectively. During the second trimester of pregnancy,the pregnant women suffered from depression,the incidence of which was 10.48%. During the late trimester of pregnancy,most women suffered from somatization,anxiety,depression and dread,with the incidence of 13.23%,19.58%,19.11% and 17.64%,respectively. The pregnant women got different scores in different trimester. Conclusion The mental health status of pregnant women is different at different gestational ages. So the prenatal psychological care should be offered to improve the mental health status in pregnant women.
