| 摘 要： | 目的观察替比夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效和安全性。方法选择122例慢性乙型肝炎患者,82例为治疗组,其中治疗A组为42例初治患者,治疗B组为40例复治患者,40例为对照组。治疗组每天给予替比夫定600mg,口服,1次/d;对照组40例给予阿德福韦酯10mg,口服,1次/d,疗程48周。结果治疗A组在12周、24周、48周与对照组的ALT复常率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;在12周、24周、48周治疗A组的HBVDNA阴转率和HBeAg阴转率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,而与治疗B组比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组的所有患者在服药其间均未出现不良反应。结论替比夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎可以快速、有效降低HBV-DNA,促进HBeAg阴转,使用安全,耐受性好。
