| 摘 要： | 目的总结分析76例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗效果。方法对我院收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者76例，根据患者的病情，选择动力螺钉（DHS）治疗，并根据随访结果进行评价。结果所有病例在术后的随访中骨折均愈合，髋关节功能恢复，优良率达92．1％。结论DHS是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的较好选择。掌握手术适应证，选择合适的DHS，娴熟的手术技术及术后指导功能锻炼，可预防发生骨不连及各种畸形愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective A curative effect of intertrochanteric fracture in 76 elderly cases was analyzed. Methods According to the state of illness, 76 elderly cases of intertrochanteric fracture were treated dynnmic hip screw （DHS） and performed evaluation for that based on follow-up results. Results Healing up was observed in all cases during follow-up and the excellence rate of hip joint function reached 87 %. Conclusion DHS is a preferable choice for treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients. Nonunion and maluniou of the bones may be prevented through mastering surgical indications, choice of appropriate DHS mastering surgical technique and directions on exercise after surgery. |
