石家庄市4065例饮食行业从业人员乙肝表面抗体检测结果

目的了解分析石家庄市饮食行业从业人员乙肝表面抗体水平。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对4065例饮食行业从业人员进行乙肝表面抗体检测,并对检验结果进行统计分析。结果饮食行业从业人员中乙肝表面抗体阳性率为44.01%,在不同年龄和文化程度之间有显著性差异,在性别和民族之间无差异。结论该市饮食从业人员的乙肝表面抗体水平较低,应加强从业人员健康教育,普及乙肝防治知识,提高乙肝疫苗接种率。

Examination Results of Hepatitis B Surface Antibody among 4065 Employees of Catering Industry in Shijiazhuang City

[Objective]To understand the levels of hepatitis B surface antibody among employees of catering industry in Shijiazhuang City.[Methods]ELISA method was adopted to conduct detection of hepatitis B surface antibody on 4065 employees of catering industry.The results were statistically analyzed.[Results]The positive rate of hepatitis B surface antibody among employees was 44.01%,the difference was significant between employees with different educational levels,but no significant difference existed between employees of different genders,and different nationalities.[Conclusion]The level of hepatitis B surface antibody of employees in catering industry of this city is low.It is necessary to enhance health education,to popularize hepatitis B prevention and control knowledge,and to improve vaccination rate of hepatitis B.
