益肾康治疗微小病变型肾病综合征的实验研究

目的：研究益肾康对微小病变型肾病的治疗作用。方法：采用尾静脉注射多柔比星复制肾病大鼠模型，以雷公藤多苷片为对照．同时设立正常对照组。观察益肾康对大鼠24h尿蛋白定量、血清Alb、TP、TC、TG、BUN、Scr、MDA、SOD、T—AOC含量变化的影响；并切取肾脏组织做光镜和电镜检查，观察其对肾脏组织形态学改变的影响。结果：益肾康中药可减少多柔比星所致肾病大鼠模型尿蛋白的排泄量，改善血清生化指标，降低MDA活力，升高SOD活力，提高机体总抗氧化能力，修复肾小球上皮细胞足突的结构。结论：益肾康中药对多柔比星肾病大鼠有明显疗效，并能抑制其亢进的脂质过氧化反应，从而减轻肾脏病理损害，缓解病情。

Experimental Study of Yishenkang on Minimal Lesion Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective：To investigate the therapeutical effect of Yishenkang on minimal lesion nephrotic syndrome （MLNS） in rats. Methods ：MLNS rats induced by adriamycin through caudal vein were randomly divided into four groups： normal control group,nephritic control group,Tripterygium Glycosides group and Yishenkang group. The effect of Yishenkang on 24h urine protein, serum Alb, TP, TC, TG, BUN, Set, MDA, SOD and T-AOC were observed. The nephrotic tissues were observed through light microscope and electron microscope to study the effect of Yishenkang on the tissues histomorphologically. Results ：Yishenkang greatly reduced the urine protein excretion and improved other biochemical serum indexes,reduced MDA activation and increased SOD,enhanced the general antioxygen and repared injured foot process of glomerule epithelial cell. Conclusion ： Yishenkang has favorable effect on rats MLNS induced by adriamycin, decreases lipid peroxide, and reduces the pathological lesion of kidney.
