悬浮式牵引结合手法复位治疗胸椎小关节紊乱临床观察

摘    要:
目的:观察悬浮式牵引结合手法复位治疗胸椎小关节紊乱症的临床疗效。方法:将患者随机分为观察组和对照组。分别采用手法复位、悬浮式牵引配合手法复位,于治疗前、治疗1个疗程、2个疗程及3个疗程后对患者进行临床评分。比较两组患者不同时间疗效、疼痛及关节活动度的改善情况。结果 :观察组1个疗程内治愈率明显高于对照组。两组治疗关节活动度、疼痛均有显著改善。结论:悬浮式牵引结合手法复位治疗胸椎小关节紊乱症,费力小,见效快。

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of suspension-type traction and manual reductionin on treating small joint disorder of thoracic vertebrae.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was treated with suspension-type traction and manual reductionin,and the control group with manual reductionin only.The clinical scores before treatment and after the first,second and third course of treatment were recorded,comparing the change of efficiency,pain and joint activity in different time.Results:The cured rate of observation group was higher than that of control group after the first course of treatment;pain and joint activity changes were significant in two groups.Conclusion:Suspension-type traction combined with manual reductionin is a good method to treat small joint disorder of thoracic vertebrae.
