| 摘 要： | 中医药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（postherpetic neuralgia,PHN）效果明显,主要是以＂痛＂为主证出发,＂不通则痛＂、＂通则不痛＂,无论是针灸、中药还是其他方法,都是疏通病变部位的气血经络,从而达到祛瘀排毒的效果,具有一定的临床意义。文章就近年来中医药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛作一综述。 |

| Abstract: | Chinese medicine treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) effect is obvious,it is based on the pain as the main card starting,whether acupuncture,herbal medicine or other methods.are to clear the lesion in blood meridian,so as to achieve the effect of eliminating blood stasis and detoxification,and with a certain degree of clinical significance.This article reviews Chinese medicine treatment of herpes herpes aftermath of neuralgia in recent years. |
