| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定复方曲安奈德乳膏中曲安奈德含量的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为SunFire C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长为240nm;流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:曲安奈德进样量在0.32～1.92μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率是99.6%,RSD为1.3%(n=9)。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、方便、快速,可用于复方曲安奈德乳膏中曲安奈德含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determining content of triamcinolone acetonide in Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Creams.Methods:RP-HPLC was adopted.The determination was performed on SunFire C18 column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(70:30)at 30℃.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 with detection wavelength at 240nm.Results:The linear range of triamcinolone acetonide was 0.32~1.92μg(r=0.9998)with an average recovery of 99.6%(RSD=1.3%,n=9).Conclusion:The method is specific,sensitive,simple and fast.It can be used for determining content of triamcinolone acetonide in Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Creams. |
