| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨白花前胡合剂对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织形态学的影响。方法:采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉脑缺血再灌注模型,设立假手术组、模型组、白花前胡合剂液大、中、小剂量治疗组,造模动物清醒后即刻给药,于第3日处死,固定包埋HE染色观察组织形态学改变。结果:白花前胡合剂组缺血侧神经细胞亦呈缺血改变,但只有部分细胞固缩,且深染程度较轻,细胞的密集程度较缺血对照组明显增加。结论:白花前胡合剂能够改善局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织形态学的变化。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of Pd mixture on the pathophysiological changes.Methods:The model of focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion in rats was established with the suture-occuluded method.The effect of Pd mixture on the behavior obstacle of MCAO rats was observed and the pathological changes were observed by HE dyeing.Results:The result showed that Pd mixture can reduce the extent of infarct bound obviously.Conclusion:Pd mixture can effectively reduce the excitable neural virulence and the depolarization around the infarct spot after cerebral ischemia. |
