中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征临床观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征临床疗效。方法:将54例确诊为原发性肾病综合征患者随机分成两组,治疗组28例,在激素或环磷酰胺的治疗基础上,本组每例患者根据辨证分型给予中药治疗;对照组26例,每例患者只给予激素或环磷酰胺常规治疗;2个月后观察两组临床疗效、肾功能、血脂和炎症因子等指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率89.3%,对照组总有效率65.4%,两组疗效比较P<0.05;两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量比较P<0.05;两组治疗后24h蛋白尿定量、血肌酐及血清白蛋白水平比较P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:辨证论治中药配合西医治疗难治性肾病综合征水肿优于单纯西医治疗组,临床效果良好。

Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome with Clinical Observation

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the integrative treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods:54 patients diagnosed with refractory nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,28 patients in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation based on hormone or cyclophosphamide treatment;26 cases in control group were only given hormones or cyclophosphamide conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,renal function,blood lipids and inflammatory factors,and other indicators of changes were observed after 2 months.Results:The total efficiency in treatment group was 89.3%,in the control group was 65.4%,the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05);24h urinary protein excretion,proteinuria,serum creatinine and serum albumin levels before and after treatment in two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine with Western medicine treatment has better effect on treating refractory nephrotic syndrome edema than single Western medicine treatment.
