心衰病中医病因病机探讨

目的：探讨中医对心衰病病因病机的认识,从而更好地认识和理解心衰病的发生原因及病理机制并指导临床治疗。方法：查阅古代文献对心衰病相关症状的描述及病机阐释结合临床观察研究。结果 ：祖国传统医学虽未对心衰进行集中系统论述,但其对心衰病早已有了深刻的认识,认为心气虚是发病基础,气虚血瘀贯穿始终,阴阳失调是病理演变基础,痰饮水停则是其最终产物。结论：心衰乃本虚标实之证,本虚为阳虚、气虚、阴虚,标实为血瘀、痰饮、水停,标本俱病,虚实夹杂。

Discussion on Causes and Mechanism of Heart Failure Disease

Objective:To study the causes and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for heart failure disease,thereby better understanding heart failure causes and pathological mechanism and guide the clinical treatment well.Methods:Literature related to heart failure symptoms in ancient times was searched combined with clinical observation research mechanism.Results:Traditional Chinese medicine already had a system understanding of heart failure,believing qi deficiency and blood stasis as well as imbalance of Yin and Yang are the pathological factors,phlegm and water retention is the final product.Conclusion:Heart failure is the root deficiency and branch excess.The root deficiency includes Yang,qi and Yin deficiency;branch excess includes blood stasis,phlegm retention,water retention.
