| 摘 要： | 目的:观察熄风通络汤治疗风痰阻络型中风先兆的临床疗效。方法:将60例风痰阻络型中风先兆患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组使用熄风通络汤,对照组给予肠溶阿斯匹林片。结果:服药8周后,治疗组临床基本治愈5例,显效14例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为90%。治疗组总有效率、基本痊愈率、显效率显著高于对照组。结论:熄风通络汤治疗风痰阻络型中风先兆确切疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Xifengtongluo decoction on premonitory apoplexy due to wind-phlegm blocking collateral.Method:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:30 patients in treatment group treated by Xifengtongluo decoction,30 patients in control group treated by aspirin enteric-coated tablets.Results:8 weeks later,in treatment group,5 were basically curative,14 were obvious effective,8 were effective,3 were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90%.All the rates above were obviously higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The effect of Xifengtongluo decoction on premonitory apoplexy due to wind-phlegm blocking collateral is definite. |
