针刺治疗寻常性痤疮临床疗效观察

目的:探讨近端结合远端针刺和单纯的近端针刺治疗痤疮的疗效。方法:远近结合组运用近端针刺并结合远端取穴针刺治疗痤疮30例;近端选穴组采用在近端针刺治疗痤疮30例。两组均治疗2个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗1个疗程后,远近结合组有效率为63.33%,近端选穴组有效率为36.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,远近结合组有效率为96.67%,近端选穴组有效率为90.00%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:近端结合四肢远端针刺治疗痤疮疗效明显优于单纯近端针刺。

Clinical Observation of Acne Vulgaris Treated by Acupuncture

Objective:Discussion on combination of proximal and distal needling and simple proximal therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of acne was made.Methods:The group of combination of proximal and distal needling used proximal acupuncture combined with remote acupoints acupuncture for treatment of 30 cases of acne;proximal point selection group 30 cases were given the proximal acupuncture treatment for acne.Effects were observed in both groups after two months of treatment.Results:After a course of therapy,the effective rate in the combined group was 63.33%,in the proximal point selection group was 36.67%,the difference of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment course,the effective rate in the combined group was 96.67%,in the proximal point selection group was 90.00%,the difference of two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Combined proximal and the distal limbs acupuncture treatment of acne has significantly better effect than the proximal needling.
