中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻临床观察

目的:探索中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻的方法。方法:回顾性分析本院于2006—2011年,采用西医对症处理联合中医桃仁承气汤加味治疗粘连性肠梗阻病例63例,并与单纯西医治疗组44例比较。结果:5年间本院采用中西医结合方法治疗粘连性肠梗阻63例患者,总有效率为96.83%,西医治疗组总有效率84.09%,两组比较有显著性差异。结论:中西医结合治疗肠梗阻,疗效确切、经济、痛苦小、无不良反应,疗效优于单纯西医治疗组。

Observation on Treating Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction by Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To explore the therapeutic methods by combination of Chinese and western medicine on adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods:63 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction by expectant treatment of western medicine and modified Taoren Chengqi Decoction of Chinese medicine from 2006 to 2011 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,and compared with 44 cases treated by western medicine.Result:The total effective rate of 63 cases was 96.83% by the methods of combination of Chinese and western medicine during five years,and 84.09% for western medicine groups.There are remarkable significance between the two groups.Conclusion:The methods treating on adhesive intestinal obstruction have definite therapeutic effects and economic feature,little pain,no adverse reactions.
