张国泰教授治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎临证经验撷菁

张国泰教授认为慢性病毒性乙型肝炎是由正气不足,外感湿热疫毒之邪所致。邪毒、气滞、湿热、瘀血等多种病理因素胶结体内,是慢性乙肝的病机特点。有证辨证,无证辨病,病证结合,中西合参。早期以湿热疫毒壅盛,中期肝郁脾虚为主,后期及晚期肝肾阴亏、瘀热互结为病机重点进行分期辨证论治。最后介绍在辨证基础上结合现代药理研究的临证辨病用药经验。
