摘    要:目的:研究YVAD-FMK(Caspase-1抑制剂)对大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注后神经元损伤的影响。方法:采用大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注模型,动态测量脑组织中IL—1β含量、脑含水量及血清NSE含量的变化以及YVAD-FMK对上述指标的影响。结果:YVAD-FMK能够减少脑组织IL-1β的含量,减轻脑水肿及能显著降低血清NSE升高的幅度。结论:YV4D-FMK对局灶脑缺血再灌注后神经元的损伤具有保护的作用。

Abstract:Objective: The effects of YVAD-FMK (Caspase-1 inhibitor) on neuron damage after focal cerebral ischemia—reperfusion injury in rats were studied. Methods: Using a rat model with thread embolish of middle cerebral artery, the effects of YVAD-FMK on the changes of level of IL-1 1β and the content of water in brain tissues and the content of NSE (neuron specific enolase) in serum were dynatrdcally observed. Results: YVAD-FMK could reduce the level of IL-1 β and decrease brain edema and the ascending degree of the content of NSE in serum Conclusion: YVAD-FMK has a good protective effects on cerebral neuronal damage induced by focal cerebral ischemia—reperfusion injury in rats.
