| 摘 要： | 在本室用去氧胆酸钠和乙醇诱发胃炎动物模型及进行动态观察的基础上,本文就中药治疗学进行了较为系统的研究,观察中药对胃炎的病理学和病理生理学影响。结果表明:胃炎03具有使炎症病变明显地减轻(P<0.05)和防治胃腺纤维化的作用,同时还有增加胃粘膜的粘液和胃炎中中性粘液含量,降低胃蛋白酶活力和胃炎中的酸性粘液,使粘膜保护指数明显升高(P<0.05),增强粘液屏障的保护能力,提示该药对实验性慢性胃炎具有较好的防治作用。

| Abstract: | The present work was studied on 65 chronic gastritis models induced by bile acid and ethonal. The therapeutic systemic research was performed to observe the effects of Wei Yan-03 on pathological and pathophysiological characteristics with many indexes. The results showed that:in the group treated with Wei Yan-03, inflammation of gastric mucosa and fibrosis of gastric glands was notibly alleviated; mucus of gastric mucosa, neutral mucus of gastric juice and muco-protective index was increased (p<0.05-0.01); pepsin and acid mucus of gastric juice was reduced (p<0.05-0.01). So that it could increase protective function of mucus. It was suggested that the herbs have some proventive and therapeutic effects on experimen tal chronic gastritis. |
