4种梅毒血清学检测方法联合检测的应用价值

目的:对4种梅毒血清学方法的检测结果进行比较分析,探讨其联合检测的应用价值。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对18 468例标本进行梅毒抗体检测,阳性结果者再作梅毒胶体金法(SYP)、梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(TPPA)、甲苯胺红不加热血清反应素试验(TRUST)。结果:共检出ELISA阳性621例,其中经TPPA确认阳性有566例,SYP阳性有575例,与ELISA法结果的符合率分别为91.1%、92.6%。TRUST阳性有158例。根据ELISA检测的原始吸光度值,将621例标本分为低、中、高吸光度组,与TPPA检测结果进行比较。三组检测结果经TPPA确认后,阳性比例分别为83/132、182/188和300/301。结论:使用4种梅毒血清学方法进行联合检测,可以使结果更准确、可靠,从而为临床诊断、治疗等提供更有力的依据。

Evaluation of United Detection of Four Sorts of Syphilis Tests

Objective:To explore the value of united detection of four sorts of syphilis tests.Methods:18 468 specimens were underwent routine screening with ELISA method,of which received positive results were further tested by SYP,TPPA and TRUST.Results:Among 621 cases ELISA screening positive specimens,566 cases were confirmed positive by TPPA,575 cases positive by SYP,and The positive coincidence rate of ELISA and the other three methods were 91.1%,92.6%,respectively.158 cases positive by TRUST.621 cases specimens were divided into low,medium and high absorbance group,according to the original absorbance of ELISA.Compared with the results tested by TPPA,we found the positive rates were 83/132,182/188 and 300/301,respectively.Conclusion:It makes results more accurate and reliable by united detection of four sorts of syphilis tests,thus more powerful evidence could be provided for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
