保肾汤对慢性肾衰大鼠血生化影响的实验研究

摘    要:
目的:观察保肾汤对慢性肾功能衰竭(简称慢性肾衰)大鼠血生化的影响。方法:5/6肾切除慢性肾衰大鼠随机分保肾汤组(10只)、模型对照组(10只)和正常对照组(10只),实验8周后采血分别检测各组血肝酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BuN)、胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)等生化指标。结果:保肾汤能明显降低慢性肾衰大鼠Scr、BUN、TC、TG值,提高TP、Alb水平,与模型对照组比较,具有显著性差异。结论:保肾汤能明显改善慢性肾衰大鼠的肾功能脂质代谢以及营养状况,提示血肌酐值的下降可能与脂质代谢改善有关,而并非通过消弱营养状态而取得。

Abstract:
Objective: Observe Baoshen Tang's effect on blood biochemistry of rats with chronic renal failure. Methods: Randomly divide rats with chronic renal failure and kidney fistulectomy into Baoshen Tang group (10) , model control group (10) and normal control group(10), take blood after experimenting for 8 weeks, and measure respectively such biochemical data as blood creatinine(Scr) ,urea nitrogen (BUN) , cholesterol ( TC), triglyceride(TG),total protein(TP) and albumin(Alb) . Result: Baoshen Tang can markedly reduce chronic renal failure rat's values of Scr,BUN,TC and TG, raise the levels of TP and Alb;compared with model control group, there' s apparent difference. Conclusion: Baoshen Tang can obviously improve the kidney function, lipid metabolism and nutrition of rats with chronic renal failure. It's indicated that the decrease of blood creatinine may be related with lipid metabolism, but not the decrease of nutrition.
