热水袋烫伤家庭治疗指导与护理

目的:观察热水袋烫伤应用美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)指导家庭治疗与护理的作用。方法:2003年1月至 2005年5月间,在门诊进行现场指导患者家庭应用MEBO治疗与护理中、小面积热水袋烫伤22例。结果:22例均得到一期愈合,疗程最短2周,最长6周,经3-6个月随访观察,愈合创面无瘢痕及功能障碍,治疗期间病人心理健康,乐于接受以家庭治疗为主、门诊治疗为辅的应用MEBO治疗与护理中、小面积热水袋烫伤创面的方法。结论:在医护人员指导下的家庭MEBO治疗与自我护理中、小面积热水袋烫伤,经济简便、易行,但正确指导患者选择最佳的烧伤创面治疗与护理措施尤为重要。

Home treatment and nursing of patients scalded by hot water bag

Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating hot water bag scald and to guide the nursing work at home. Method: 22 patients scalded by hot water bag with small wounds were treated with MEBO at home. In outpatient department, the doctor told the family members how to use MEBO and how to do the nursing at home. Result: Under this guidance, all the wounds were healed by 1st intention after MEBO treatment. The shortest treating course was 2 weeks and the longest 6 weeks. After followed up for 3 to 6 months, no scar formed and no dysfunction happened. The patients were in good psychological condition and were happy to receive this treatment. Conclusion: Under the guidance of the doctor, MEBO can be applied at home in treating small wounds such as hot water bag scald, etc. It is easy and simple and can save money.
