鼻胆管联合腹腔外引流治疗胆囊切除术后胆漏(附7例分析)

目的:探讨胆囊切除术后ENBD联合腹腔外引流治疗胆漏的效果。方法:回顾性分析7例胆囊切除术后出现胆漏的患者行RECP检查,对胆漏患者行ENBD联合腹腔外引流;有胆总管结石者,行EST后将结石取出。结果:7例患者均明确胆漏的部位和性质,2例胆总管结石患者行EST取出;所有患者经ENBD联合腹腔外引流治疗,均痊愈出院,无相关并发症出现,随访1～6月无胆漏发生。结论:胆囊切除术后疑有胆漏者尽早行RECP检查;ENBD联合腹腔外引流治疗胆漏,是安全、有效的治疗手段。可作为大多数胆漏患者的首选治疗方法。

The effects of ENBD United abdominal drainage in treating bile leakage after cholecystectomy(with analysis of 7 cases)

Objective: To investigate the effects of ENBD United abdominal drainage in treating bile leakage after cholecystectomy.Methods: The clinical data of 7 cases of the bile leaks after cholecystectomy in our hospital from March 2002 to February 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.ERCP were applied to them,the patients with bile leaks underwent ENBD United abdominal drainage,those with bile duct stones underwent EST to exclude stones.Results: The Location and nature of bile leakage in 7 cases of patients were cleared,the stones of 2 cases with bile duct stones were removed by EST.After the peritoneal drainage United ENBD treatment,all the cases were cured and discharged without complications,without bile leakage in following up of 1 ～ 6 months.Conclusion: ENBD United with abdominal drainage is safe and effective to the patients with bile leakage.It can be used as the preferred treatment for the majority of patients with bile leakage.
