| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨柴胡桂枝汤联合玉屏风散治疗反复上呼吸道感染的疗效.方法 将235例反复上呼吸道感染患者随机分为两组,即治疗组120例和对照组115例.治疗组以柴胡桂枝汤联合玉屏风散加减治疗,对照组以氨咖黄敏胶囊及病毒灵片治疗.结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.67％、80.0％,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 柴胡桂枝汤联合玉屏风散治疗反复上呼吸道感染疗效较好,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment results of repetitive upper respiratory infection by using Xiaochaihu decoction combined withYupingfeng San.Methods 235 patients with repetitive upper respiratory infection were randomly divided into two groups,namely 120 cases in treatment group and control 115 patients.the trearment group Xiaochaihu decoction combined withYupingfeng San,sustained-release theophylline and the control group Ankahuangmin Capsule and Moroxydinum treatment.Result The treatment group and control group,thr tatal effective rate was 96.67%、80%,the treatment group significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaochaihu decoction combined withYupingfeng San were effective in treating repetitive upper respiratory infection,deserve the clinical expansion. |
