173例绝经后妇女取出宫内节育器的临床分析

目的:探讨绝经后妇女宫内节育器最佳取出时间和减轻宫内节育器取出困难的方法.方法:对2007年6月～2010年6年间173例绝经后妇女取出宫内节育器的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:173例绝经后妇女,其中绝经后0.5 ～1年98例实施取出宫内节育器,全部成功取出,成功率100％,绝经后1～5年53例,成功取出37例,成功率69.8％.绝经5年以上22例,成功取出9例,成功率40.9％.结论:绝经后妇女取出宫内节育器最佳时间为半年至一年内,绝经后2年以上妇女,由于体内雌激素分泌水平下降、卵巢功能衰退,子宫及宫颈萎缩等原因,宫内节育器取出困难明显增加.

Clinical Analysis on 173 Cases of Removal of Intranterine Device for Postmenopausal Women

Objetive: To Investigate the best time of removal of Intranterine Device and method to reduce difficult Removal of Intranterine Device for Postmenopausal Women.Methods: Review analysis the Clinical material of 173 cases of Removal of Intranterine Device for Postmenopausal Women in our hospital from June,2007 to June,2010.Result: Of 173 Postmenopausal Women,98 Postmenopausal women within after menopause for half a year to one year,Intranterine Devices were successfully to be removed,success percentage was 100%.Among 53 Postmenopausal women after menopause from one year to five years,37 Intranterine Devices were successful to be removed,success percentage was 69.8%.22 Postmenopausal Women after menopause for more than 5 years,9 Intranterine Devices were successfully to be removed, success percentage was 40.9%.Conclusion: The best time of removal of Intranterine Device for Postmenopausal Women is within half a year to one year after menopause.Among the women after menopause for more than 2 years,the difficult percentage of removal of Intranterine Device increases obviously,because estrogen was lower,function of ovaries was declining,uterus were atrophy and so on.
