自拟活血通络汤治疗类风湿关节炎43例

目的 观察自拟活血通络汤治疗类风湿关节炎(活动期)的临床疗效.方法80例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为中医辨证治疗组(中药组)43例,西医抗风湿治疗组37例.中药组给予自拟活血通络汤,西药组给予洛索洛芬钠片、来氟米特片治疗.观察治疗前后患者的症状、体征及实验室检查[包括血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)]的变化.结果 中药组与西药组总有效率分别为97.7％、94.5％,中药组疗效略优于西药组,但在统计学中无显著性差异(P＞0.05).两组在消除或减轻临床症状及体征方面均有较好作用(P＜0.01),中药组观察指标症状与体征优于西药组(P＜0.05),实验室检查略优于西药组,但在统计学上无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 自拟活血通络汤治疗类风湿关节炎不良反应小且疗效满意.

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Rheumatoid by Huoxue Tongluo Decoction 43 Cases

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of the self Huoxuetongluo Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（active stage）.Methods 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group dialectical TCM（TCM group） and Western anti-rheumatic treatment group,with 43 cases and 37 cases.TCM group is given to self Huoxuetongluo soup,and western medicine group is given loxoprofen sodium tablets,leflunomide tablets treatment.Comparison before and after treatment by patients＇symptoms,signs and laboratory tests（including erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,C-reactive protein（CRP）,rheumatoid factor（RF）.Results The total effective rate of TCM group and Western medicine group was 97.7% and 94.5%.The former is slightly better than the latter,but with no significant difference in statistics（P0.05）.The two groups to eliminate or reduce the clinical symptoms and signs are good aspects of the role（P0.01）,symptoms and signs observed indicators of the TCM group are better than western medicine group（P0.05）,slightly better than western medicine group,but no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Self Huoxuetongluo treatment of rheumatoid Arthritis had minimal side effects and it had a good curative effect.
