2010年云南省陆良县人群麻疹接种率调查及抗体水平监测

目的 为客观评价云南省陆良县麻疹疫苗常规免疫接种情况和掌握人群免疫水平。方法 采取分层和整群抽样(PPS)方法抽取调查单位和调查点。全县共确定3个调查单位(中枢镇、召夸镇、马街镇),9个村级接种点为调查点。结果 共监测390人,麻疹接种率为94.10%,麻疹血清抗体阳性率为99.23%。中枢镇麻疹疫苗接种率为96.83%,召夸镇麻疹疫苗接种率为93.85%,马街镇麻疹疫苗接种率为91.79%。各年龄组麻疹疫苗接种率分别为1岁组 71.74%、1~2岁组100%、3~4岁组100%、 5~6岁组100%、7~10岁组98%、11~14岁组100%、15~19岁组89.58%、20岁组91.49%。各年龄组麻疹血清抗体阳性率分别为1岁组95.65%、1~2岁组100%、3~4岁组100%、 5~6岁组100%、7~10岁组98%、11~14岁组100%、15~19岁组100%、20岁组100%。结论 召夸镇和马街镇应进一步提高麻疹疫苗接种率,使麻疹疫苗接种率达到国家免疫规划要求的以镇为单位95%以上。各年龄组麻疹血清抗体均在95%以上,说明人群已建立了良好的免疫屏障,为控制乃至消除麻疹奠定了基础。

Survey on measles vaccination rate and measles antibody level in population in Luliang county of Yunnan province,2010
